Single-side Bracket

Single-side bracket refers to a formwork system for concrete casting of single-side walls, characterized by universal components, simplified construction, and rapid operation. The absence of wall-through tie rods ensures complete water-proof integrity of cast walls. This system is extensively applied to basement exterior walls, sewage treatment plants, subway structures, and road & bridge slope protection.


Given constrained construction sites and evolving slope protection technology, single-side bracket adoption for basement walls is increasingly prevalent. Without wall-through tie rods to counteract concrete lateral pressure, conventional solutions present significant operational challenges. Multiple engineering projects have implemented various reinforcement methods, yet formwork deformation or breaking persists intermittently.

Specification of Single-side Bracket

Truss Type

Composite-type single-sided bracket is to be formed by standard frame and heighten frames as per project need for different heights , being up to 7.5m in one time casting, stand frame H=3.6m, heighten frame H=0.5m/1.6m/3.2m.

Diagonal Brace Type

Compared with the composite type, the diagonal-brace-type single-side bracket has the advantages of simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, convenient storage and transportation.
